What You’ll Do
- Lead live operations strategies for key titles, including content planning, event optimisation, and performance tuning.
- Drive product launches from concept through to market release, aligning teams and ensuring strong commercial outcomes.
- Design, run, and analyse experiments and A/B tests to validate ideas and optimise player experiences.
- Collaborate with Analytics to interpret performance data and spot trends, opportunities, and risks.
- Build trusted relationships with stakeholders across disciplines, clearly communicating recommendations and securing buy-in.
- Stay on top of player behaviour patterns, competitor strategies, and market developments in the casual puzzle genre.
About You
- Experience in Product Management, Live Ops, or related roles in mobile gaming, ideally in Free-to-Play.
- Proven track record of taking products to market, from pre-launch strategy through to post-launch optimisation.
- Strong statistical literacy and confidence working with performance data to make evidence-based decisions.
- Skilled in stakeholder management — able to balance perspectives, maintain momentum, and keep decisions aligned with goals.
- Hands-on experience in experimentation and applying results to improve player engagement and monetisation.
- Knowledge and understanding of casual puzzle games, including player motivations and monetisation loops.
- Excellent communication skills — clear, persuasive, and collaborative.
